These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Juliet website (juliet.sh) and related services (the "Service") provided by Two Point Solutions LLC ("Juliet", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By accessing or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Service Description

Juliet is a graph-based Kubernetes security platform. The Service includes this website and the Juliet platform, which provides:

  • Graph-based security analytics for Kubernetes clusters
  • Compliance monitoring against industry frameworks (CIS Benchmarks, EKS CIS, NSA/CISA, Pod Security Standards, PCI DSS)
  • Attack path visualization and analysis
  • Continuous vulnerability scanning and assessment
  • Multi-cluster security monitoring

Features described above represent planned functionality and may change before or after launch. We do not guarantee that all features will be available at launch or in any particular form.

3. Account Responsibilities

When signing up for updates, you agree to provide accurate contact information. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the website complies with applicable laws and regulations.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service
  • Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without prior written consent

Subscription plans and pricing will be announced at launch. Terms governing subscriptions and payments will be updated at that time.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain all rights to your data. We process Kubernetes cluster data solely to provide the security analysis services described herein. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

The Service is provided as a security analysis tool and does not guarantee the security of your Kubernetes infrastructure. You remain responsible for the security of your own systems and should not rely solely on the Service for security decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Juliet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to the Service exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Juliet and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service and all related content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and design) are owned by Two Point Solutions LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Service except for the limited right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Termination

We may modify or discontinue the website at any time. We may remove your information from our mailing list upon request. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Delaware.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
